ABOUT IN HOUSE LEGAL
Our Founder
Noam Pratzer is a Canadian & Israeli accredited lawyer with diverse experience in corporate firms, in house and as an entrepreneur. Educated at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Toronto, Noam’s legal career includes clerking at the Supreme Court of Israel, representing start-ups at all stages from incorporation to exit, including work on some of Israel’s largest private acquisitions, and serving as in-house counsel for venture investors. Noam also spent two years building an adventure travel company based out of Toronto, before returning to law to build a practice dedicated to providing high quality, affordable legal support to entrepreneurs, tech companies and investors in Canada and Israel.
Jurisdictions
In House Legal provides legal services via Canadian and Israeli accredited lawyers. Questions of law in jurisdictions outside of Canada or Israel will be referred to local partners, in consultation with our clients.
